Think about all of the different tasks that you, your staff, or other employees complete every day. The tasks are most likely routine and may be documented in a handbook. They could be based on official procedures that have been created and have an expectation that they are followed.
Be open to any task that has more than just a couple of steps. Examples include:
Requests for room service;
Reservation of a conference room or excursion;
Food service for a wedding or other event; and
Setting up a tour for local school kids.
