For this exercise, we will need to focus on an innovation that was implemented on a larger scale than some we have reviewed in this course.

Instructions:

Go back to your interviews with a leader from Week 2. Choose an innovation that was identified by the person you interviewed that had a positive impact on your organization.
Refer to How to Do a Learning Launch on page 85 of Hess et al. (2012) and prepare steps 1 through 3.
For step 1, create a hypothesis using the four questions on page 87.
For Step 2, define the team members (not names, just positions). Support your choices.
For Step 3, Unpack the assumptions for each of the four tests (Customer Value (Needs) Test, Execution Test, Defensibility Test, and Scaling Test.
Rules for this exercise:

Assume you were the manager of the innovation and you were going through the first three steps of the Learning Launch process.
You will be relying on your knowledge of the business and of the innovation that was implemented in order to identify the answers the implementer might have completed for a Learning Launch.
